The vast majority of our products are vintage, and every item is packed with extra care. We endeavor to ship our items the safest possible way and the most cost effective for you. As items come in all different shapes and sizes, shipping is calculated accordingly. 


Our vintage pieces may have flaws and signs of wear, and each has their own history. 

We will endeavor to disclose as much information as we can about each product, and point out any faults or marks through detailed photos and descriptions. We find the history of each piece to be what gives them their charm and authenticity. 

All items are sold as shown on the website. 


Shipping Information


Shipping times: We ship from our warehouse every Tuesday-Friday.


Within Australia, items are shipped using a courier company or Australia post. All parcels are tracked and will leave our depot within 3-5 days of you placing your order. Shipping times are estimated at between 1-10 days depending on your location across Australia. 


International shipping is calculated on weight and country of origin. All items are sent with either a courier or Australia Post airmail.  Your shipping cost is calculated when you check out after you hit the payment/paypal icon. Simply follow the prompts. 


Please note: International shipping costs (except Asia) will be calculated when checking out in the paypal section. However, we don't have the rates for Asia as this varies greatly. You will be contacted with correct shipping costs.


Regarding any local charges or import taxes in your country, these are the responsibility of the purchaser. 




We do not offer returns or exchanges simply for change of mind. Please take time to view all the photos, descriptions and measurements on the website to ensure that you are happy with your choice of product. With our vintage pieces there will always be an element of wear and tear, which we will endeavor to show in detailed photos and in the descriptions.


If an item is damaged during transit please contact us via email with photos of the damaged goods & the packaging within 7 days of receiving the item. For confirmation Coastal Vintage may require return shipment of the product. If we have a replacement, it will be sent at no charge or a refund will be paid in full once a claim with the courier's insurance company has been processed.
